[Playback] Chinese Premier addresses opening ceremony of Summer Davos

The 11th Annual Meeting of the New Champions, also known as the Summer Davos Forum, started in Dalian on Tuesday. Chinese Premier Li Keqiang attended the forum and addressed the opening ceremony.
