Sometimes, you struggle to have good sleep at night, although you believe you have followed all the rules to make sure you sleep well, such as having a cup of warm milk, keeping yourself away from digital screens and no intense exercise before bedtime. That is because you need to change your bedroom décor.
Dr. Emerson Wickwire, an Assistant Professor of psychiatry and medicine from University of Maryland School of Medicine, denotes that people need to keep their bedrooms free of clutter which can guarantee a better sleep in return.
