Gym refuses to refund membership fee to customers

When you go to gym or hair salon, it is more likely that the assistant offers you an attractive discount by asking you to pay membership fees. 

The problem starts after you hand over your cash to the businessmen. It is reported that some customers are not satisfied with the service, or the place show down after several months that the customer paid membership fee, it is almost impossible to claim for refund.
