Sichuan Leshan promotes tourism in Sydney

The city of Leshan in Sichuan province held a promotional event for tourism in Sydney on August 10th. 

The event started off with a wonderful tea show. New South Wales Senator, Vice Minister of NSW Tourism spoke highly of Leshan tourism for its outstanding resources and bright market prospects. 

He said NSW would further strengthen their cooperation with Leshan and encourage more tourists to visit Leshan.

Senior official of Leshan Mr. Tian Wen introduced the beautiful natural locations and the long historical culture of Leshan, he went on to talk about an open attitude towards investment. 

He said that via this tourism marketing program, Leshan would like to strengthen understanding, deepen friendship, and enhance cooperation with their Australian counterparts.

Wu Xiaoyi, the mayor of Emeishan City (part of Lehsan city) and Director of the Tourism Administrative Committee of Emeishan, introduced Mount Emei, focusing on its unique natural environment, long-standing historical culture, and changes to the scenery throughout the four seasons. 

Director Wu invited the Australian tourists to come to Mount Emei to engage in sightseeing, relaxation, exploration, and to experience Chinese culture and lifestyle.
