A guy from the city of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province intended to donate 300 Yuan to a charity program, but accidently donated 30,000 Yuan instead. That's a hundred times more than what he had in mind. But when he asked for a refund, the charity foundation said no. No withdrawals with charity donations. Should you be allowed to change your mind with charity donations?
