China decentralizes non-essential functions of Beijing

In the past three years, China has carried out a city decentralization policy in Beijing as the economically bustling country centers in the cosmopolitan, which has proven increasingly counterproductive. Various measures have been taken to harmonize the development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province so that Beijing has the freedom to perform its role as a center for politics, culture, international exchange, and new technology.
