Green KFC opens in Hangzhou offers salads, panini, and beer

A green KFC has appeared in Hangzhou offering various healthy offerings, like salads and panini,  as an alternative to the fat-laden fried chicken and fries that the US fast food chain is often known for. The new healthy concept KFC opened recently sporting a green and white color scheme instead of the traditional red and white KFC shades.

Apart from the color change, the interior of the restaurant also has a 'greener' approach with plants set up across tables, making it look more like a high end restaurant or cafe than a fast food joint. The swanky new KFC also offers fresh juice and beer.
