Recently, the e-commercial business giant JD.com put 'Tiantian' Express into blacklist. According to the recommendation released by JD.com, several cooperative delivery companies including EMS are excluded from the list.

The reason given by JD.com to terminate service is because it is low quality. According to report of the 2016 express market, 'Tiantian' Express ranked 9th on user satisfaction among the top 10 delivery companies. Activities of violating rules on JD.com platform have also been mentioned.

In response, 'Tiantian' said it was a pity to hear the absurd justification given by JD.com and strongly condemns JD.com's behavior for disrupting market order.

This is the second time in two months that e-commercial business companies have conflicts with delivery industry. Earlier, 'Shunfeng' Express turned off the data portals to Ali logistics, leading to multiple companies from Ali platform failing to use 'Shunfeng' express, which eventually ended with State Post Bureau's intervention.
