Signature's Restaurant Chef Milan Cotra on Ramadhan in Beijing

Serbian native, Milan Cotra, has worked and lived in as many as four continents and in countries ranging from Canada to Tanzania, France to the entire Balkan region and now China where he works as Chef de Cuisine at Kempinski Beijing's Signature restaurant. Milan prides himself on having special knowledge of classic dishes of many countries. In this episode of the program, Nillah Nyakoa sits down with him to talk more about his vast culinary journeys beyond Beijing, as they zoom into his latest themed Arabian feast menu, that aim's to cater to the fasting community, during this year's Ramadhan period.
