Tourism industry in Tibet thrusts local economic growth

An increasing number of tourists are now travelling to Tibet specifically to see the splendid scenic resorts and to experience the distinct culture. 

Nyingchi city located in the Tibetan Autonomous Region is attracting numerous visitors. The local residents are learning how to capitalize on the natural scenery at their disposal. 

As a result, the tourism boom in Tibet has significantly stimulated local economic growth. Prior to the tourism boom, local villagers largely depended on farming and animal husbandry to make a living.
