Agriculture has always played a crucial part both in forming and sustaining the ancient Chinese civilization. 

Now, with innovative modern technologies, the millennia-old farming practices are being reshaped and upgraded. 

Dubbed “smart agriculture,” the combination of big data and the internet of things with farming has resulted in a higher grain output and better environmental protection.
