An expert in coffee, with 20-plus years’ experience as a barista, Italian Marco Costantini is Beijing’s coffee aficionado. Marco is best known for launching the city’s first cafe guide, Black and White Filter – a guide he launched because he couldn’t find any sources directing him to the best coffee places in the city.
