US Secretary of Commerce arrives in Beijing for talks

It's being reported that United States Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross has arrived in Beijing earlier than originally scheduled. 

The earlier arrival comes amid heightened trade tensions the US is embroiled in, including the lingering trade dispute between China and the United States.
