The world's longest 'single-spherical-hinge' bridge has been swung into position in Shijiazhuang, north China's Hebei province.
The process, taking half an hour, was carried out in the early hours of Thursday morning, reports CCTV News.
242.6 meters long and weighing 5,475 tons, the six-lane bridge section forms a key part of a major road extension project designed to cut congestion in the city.
