Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte said Thursday that the Philippines would invite a Chinese naval ship for a visit.
"China is willing to strengthen communication and cooperation with the Philippines in relevant areas," said Hua, adding that military exchanges and cooperation are important components of bilateral relations.
