Phys-Ed becomes art at Shandong primary school

A video highlights the skills of several hundred students taking part in a unique, synchronized physical education program at Mingzhu Primary School in Jinan, capital of east China's Shandong province, on April 13, 2017.

The coordinated routine was developed by teachers at the school, combining gymnastics, yoga, Kung Fu moves and other exercises.

One of the teachers who developed the program says the students will perform the artistic routine on a daily basis, with a goal of stretching and strengthening their bodies.
