Disney Shanghai: 10 million visitors in first 11 months

Shanghai Disney Resort, which opened in June 2016, has welcomed its ten millionth visitor in just 11 months, Shanghai Disney Resort announced on Friday.

The Resort also announced on its Twitter-like Weibo social media account that it will be holding a month long celebration to mark its first year.

The Walt Disney Company says it also plans to add a new zone -- Toy Story Land -- to the Shanghai resort in 2018, which is being touted as "just the first of several planned expansions in Shanghai."
