Hua Chunsheng, a researcher at the Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, displayed the domestically developed system.
It was the first human-computer interactive flight under the sun.
The new system will lower the drone equipment costs and simplify the study of drone operation, said Hua.
Hua added that the system can also be used in robot operation, such as instructing robots to lift and pass heavy products on the industrial production line.
