Flooding washes away 5-story building in Tibet

Heavy rains in the Changdu region of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region have persisted for several days, leading to a steep rise in river and lake levels. A 5-story building was swept away in Jiangda County on July 8, 2017. A truck was also swallowed up by the rising river levels. Despite the rising water levels and dangerous conditions, so far no casualties have been reported.
