Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Monday inspected an agricultural technology innovation zone in Shaanxi province.

During his visit, the premier encouraged farmers to make good use of technologies, such as the mobile internet, to boost sales.

He also urged local officials to further streamline services for residents.
