While a human lawyer can offer around 20 consultations per day, the robot lawyer can offer 10,000 legal consultations during the same time frame. It can analyze thousands of words per minute. Through that analysis, the robot can then ask you questions and provides detailed legal consultation to help individuals with their cases.
Tested since April, more than 530,000 people have used the robot, among which over 90% are satisfied with the legal help it provides.

A growing number of Chinese legal organizations have been applying artificial intelligence and the internet into their work. 'Case management' robots are now widely used in procuratorates in the cities of Nanjing, Suzhou and Huai'an since September, 2016. China's first internet court was launched in Hangzhou on August 18, 2017.
