Disney Shanghai to open Toy Story Land

Shanghai Disney Resort announced Thursday that it will open its seventh themed land "Toy Story Land" on April 26, 2018, according to thepaper.cn.

The main construction of Toy Story Land has almost been completed. Based on Pixar's classic "Toy Story" movie series, Toy Story Land will feature attractions such as Slinky Dog Spin and Rex's Racer.

Shanghai Disney Resort, which officially opened last June, welcomed over 11 million visitors in its first year. The Toy Story Land has been touted as "just the first of several planned expansions in Shanghai."
