Mini-parking spaces have been created at a kindergarten in Chongqing for children to park their bikes and buggies, reports huanqiu.com.

The idea of setting up the mini-parking spaces came from teachers trying to avoid the kindergarteners creating havoc by leaving their bikes and buggies around the playground. Due to their limited numbers the parking spaces are only available for students who arrive early.

The mother of one of the children said that many children ride to school and are proud of being able to park their bicycles or buggies in the spaces. Some parents said that their kids have even started getting up early in order to be at school in time to get a parking space.

The mini-parking spaces have been praised by Chinese netizens, who say that this idea can help children develop good habits for respecting public space later in life.
