Chinanews.com says the native of Madagascar, known by his Chinese name Fan Wei, came to China just three years ago. However, his knowledge of China is already enough to serve as a guide for people at the train station.

At the Guangzhou South Railway Station, Fan Wei works like a moving information desk that responds to all kinds of needs. In less than an hour, he has provided help to more than 50 people.

"Do not treat me like a foreigner, 'cause I know this place like the back of my hand," said Fan Wei.

According to Fan Wei, he has been fanatic about trains since he was a child. He says he enjoys the experience on the train in China where he can chat with all kinds of people for hours without feeling tired.
