China and Belarus have held joint training for their special military forces at an army training base in the city of Jinan, Shangdong Province, August 5, reports 81.cn.

The two countries each sent 50 soldiers to participate. The soldiers were teamed together to finish assigned tasks including stamina tests, hand-to-hand combat and parachuting.

Military officials say the joint training was focused on anti-terror tactics. Soldiers also took part in cultural exchange activities during the training.

This marks the first training sessions between the militaries of China and Belarus since the PLA's reorganization last year.
