10 Chinese cities listed world's most livable cities

Ten Chinese cities have been listed on the Economist Intelligence Unit's 2018 ranking of the 100 best cities to live in the world.

Hong Kong, Taipei and Suzhou rank the 35th, 58th and 74th respectively, while Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Dalian and Qingdao are also on the list.

According to the Economist Intelligence Unit, Vienna in Austria is the most livable city in the world. Melbourne in Australia has been overtaken, ranking the second of the list.

Japan's Osaka and Tokyo have moved up into the top ten, coming in 3rd and 7th place.

Canada also performed well, with Calgary and Vancouver taking 4th and 6th place respectively.
