CMG president meets with officials from Reuters, AP

The head of China Media Group says CMG is willing to work with the world's leading news media institutions to help guide global opinion with a fair and objective voice.

Shen Haixiong made the comment while meeting with Reuters President Michael Fridenberg and a representative of the Associated Press.

They are attending the 2019 Belt and Road Media Community Summit.

Shen says CMG is willing to cooperate with Reuters on news information exchanges, financial information sharing, and reporting on major events.

Fridenberg says Reuters attaches great importance to cooperating with CMG, especially on business news reports and financial services.

Shen Haixiong says CMG will also continue to deepen cooperation with AP.
