The 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), China's top political advisory body, held a closing meeting of its annual session in Beijing on Monday.

Yu Zhengsheng, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, delivered a speech at the closing meeting held in the Great Hall of the People.
