The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), China's top political advisory body, opened its annual session in Beijing on Saturday.

China's top political advisor Yu Zhengsheng delivered the work report from the CPPCC National Committee's Standing Committee at the opening session of the first session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee.
