The Constitutional oath-taking ceremony at the sixth plenum of the first session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Sunday, March 18, 2018.

China's Premier, the Director of the National Supervision Commission, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, and the Procurator-general of the Supreme People's Procuratorate were endorsed or elected and pledged allegiance to the Constitution at the ceremony.
