The National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, holds a news conference in Beijing on Monday, March 4, ahead of the start of its annual session.

Zhang Yesui, spokesperson for the second session of the 13th NPC National Committee,answered questions on the annual meeting during the press conference.

This year's gathering of the 13th National People's Congress will open on Tuesday, March 5.
