Second plenary session of 19th CPC Central Committee adopts Constitution amendment proposal

The second plenary session of the 19th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee has adopted a proposal about amending part of China's Constitution, according to a communique released on Friday.

The amendment proposal will be explained later at the annual session of the National People's Congress (NPC) in March, and a vote will take place to legalize the changes.
