Xi, Putin send congratulatory messages to China-Russia year of local cooperation

Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Wednesday both sent congratulatory messages to the opening ceremony of the year of China-Russia local cooperation and exchange.
