Yi Huiman appointed head of China's securities regulator

Banking veteran Yi Huiman was appointed the new chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on Saturday.

The appointment was made by China's State Council. Yi Huiman replaces Liu Shiyu as the regulator's chairman.
