Drama series on Chinese Zodiac Signs hit video streaming website

Online drama Oh! My Emperor, tailored to promote boy-band X Nine with Gu Jiacheng(谷嘉诚), Wu Jiacheng (伍嘉成) and Peng Chuyue (彭楚粤) in the leading roles, can now be seen on Tencent Video.

Gao Po is the director of (高博) this fantasy drama. He appears quite satisfied with the performance of his young cast.

"They were all delightful portraying their respective roles. Their performances were so excellent and beyond my imagination and everyone has made constant progress. In shooting action scenes, Wu Jiacheng was very careful. Even after I nodded his performance, he insisted he could do it one more time, which may make him look better. He has many ideas and always wants to do his best."

Also, the boy band sings the theme song for the new fantasy drama.

X Nine, which was formed in 2016, has nine members and found fame following their presentation at X-fire, a Youth talent show originally created by Zhejiang TV.

The drama series centers on Luo Feifei, a girl from the 21st century, who was transported to a mysterious world of the past - Huang Dao Guo. In the nation of Huang Dao, its leadership is rotated among the 12 constellation owners every thousand years. There, Luo Feifei has hilarious encounters with each of them in the palace.

It became available beginning from this week.
