Louis Koo, Julian Cheung costar again in The Storm Franchise

Hong Kong movie stars Louis Koo and Julian Cheung are back once again in The Storm franchise, with the same corruption-themed L Storm which is due out next Friday.

Cheung was at a promotional event held in Beijing on Wednesday afternoon.

"Since we began knowing each other in S Storm, we've developed our friendship in L Storm. Hence we help each other in tracking down the truth together in this new episode. We've cooperated a lot in previous shootings, so there is no need to say more and we have chemistry towards each other."

Louis Koo plays an Investigator named William, who, along with Chief Inspector Lau Po-Keung portrayed by Julian Cheung, hits a dead end in an investigation of a bribery case and a money laundering case.

The previous Z Storm in 2014 and S Storm in 2016 are also investigation thrillers about fighting bribery.
