A film called "Chinese Peacekeeping Forces" struck a chord among the audience at a test screening in Beijing.

The much-anticipated film tells the story of Chinese peacekeepers' heroic deeds in maintaining peace in Africa. It will be officially released on November 23.

Many viewers said they were deeply impressed by the spirit of Chinese peacekeepers and feel very proud to be part of the country.

A moviegoer said: "I was touched by the first line at the beginning of the film. I remember it goes like: 'we are not living in peaceful times, but living in a peaceful country.' I think these words will keep inspiring our offspring in the future".

Directed by Ning Haiqing, it is China's newest military-themed film after "Operation Red Sea" and "Wolf Warrior 2".
