Chinese actress tries her best to dub Spider-Woman

Chinese Actress Zhang Tian'ai voiced Spider-Woman in the animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, which has been popular in Chinese theatres.

There is more than one Spider-Man in the film, and Spider-Man's girlfriend Gwen Stacy has become Spider-Woman.

Zhang says she has spared no efforts to represent the character with her voice.

"If you know the Marvel series, she has appeared in the previous films. But she was Peter Parker's, the spider man's girlfriend and has always been protected by him. In this film, she turns into a female version of spider man. She is very cool. She is able to save the world and protect others."

Zhang says she has to try very hard to distinguish the differences between acting in a film and portraying a character only with voice. She says she practiced in front of a mirror making all kinds of voices.
