Miss Universe 2015 promotes wax figure in Hong Kong

Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach paid a visit to Hong Kong on Sunday to promote the upcoming launch of her wax figure at Madame Tussauds.

The figure will join those of other celebrities like Taylor Swift, Jackie Chan, and her idol Choi Siwon from the K-pop group Super Junior at the museum in Hong Kong.

The wax figure will be unveiled in the Philipines in March, followed by a second launch in Hong Kong in April.

"Just a few years ago, I never thought that this was going to happen to me. I never thought that I would win Miss Universe or let alone have my own wax figure at Madame Tussauds but then anything is possible."

Madame Tussauds Hong Kong explained that Wurtzbach has been chosen as the first filipina to be immortalized in the form of wax because Pia is a true global icon.
