Nicolas Cage wants marriage annulled

55-year old Nicolas Cage says he wants his marriage annulled after discovering an unsettling secret: his wife's criminal background.

Erika Koike was charged with DUI in Los Angeles in 2008 and 2011, and once in Las Vegas last year, according to court records obtained by The Blast

Koike pleaded not guilty to the latest charge last week.

Cage said that he and Koike had both been drinking before their wedding ceremony, which impaired their judgment to marry.

The marriage is Cage's fourth. He was previously married to Patricia Arquette, Lisa Marie Presley, and Alice Kim.

Cage won an Oscar for Best Actor in 1996 for "Leaving Las Vegas."
