Drama The Legend of Great Wall to meet children audiences soon

A drama for children about the construction of the Great Wall will be released in December.

National Theatre of China former executive vice President Wang Xiaoying is the show's director. He says he hopes the new drama will be thought-provoking for the children.

The China National Theatre for Children says they wanted to do a drama about China's heritage sites to help promote Chinese culture.

At least one of the four or five plays produced by the theater each year is dedicated to China's traditional culture.
