Muguruza, Kuznetsova reach quarter finals at Wimbledon

World number one Angelique Kerber of Germany has been knocked out of the Wimbledon.

The top seeded Kerber was defeated by Garbine Muguruza from Spain in a three-set battle.

French Open champion Jelena Ostapenko has also made it into the quarter-finals of the tournament.

The 20-year-old Latvian beat fourth seeded Elina Svitolina in two sets.

Kuznetsova booked a place in the last eight after kicking out Agnieszka Radwanska in straight sets.
