Spanish striker Jonathan Soriano scored twice to help visiting Beijing Guoan beat Shanghai Shenhua 2-1 on Sunday in the 18th round of 2017 Chinese Super League.

Soriano broke the deadlock for Beijing Guoan in the 30th minute, but Giovanni Moreno equalized for Shanghai Shenhua only 2 minutes later from Cao Yunding's pass.

Soriano's penalty kick in the 47th minute sealed the victory for Beijing Guoan who took three winning streaks.

In other games, Eran Zahavi's four goals helped Guangzhou R&F beat Yanbian who was at the bottom of the table 6-2 to stop their three loss streak. Yanbian's forward Bubacarr Trawally scored twice.

Henan Jianye tied with Tianjin Quanjian 1-1. Zhao Xuri's header helped Tianjin Quanjian to break the deadlock in the 26th minute, and Zhong Jinbao's header from Christian Bassogog's pass to equalize for Henan Jianye in the 77th minute.
