"We must have great focus, great concentration to try, repeat, to win against a good team, 'cause don't forget, Qarabag have drawn.... twice against Atletico Madrid and Roma struggled a lot before (they won) here against them. We have great respect for this team and we know that we have to (give) all (of ourselves) to win this game. We must very clear because if.... someone thinks that we are sure.... we know that this game it will be easy, it won't be easy, for sure, and for this reason we must have great concentration from the start," Chelsea manager Antonio Conte.

Chelsea currently sits second in the Group C standings, one point behind leaders Roma and four clear of Atletico Madrid in third.

Manchester United will take on FC Basel in Switzerland.

The English club only needs a draw to confirm the top spot in UEFA Champions League Group A.

One point would guarantee a spot in the knockout round for the first time in three years.

A victory would extend United's perfect record in the tournament so far to five wins from five matches.

In other action, Juventus will take on Barcelona.

Atletico will play Roma.

Paris SG will meet Celtic.

And it's Bayern up against Anderlecent.
