The 21-year-old was defeated by Google's AlphaGo last year and by Fina Art earlier this year.

The 2018 AI Go Competition attracted teams from around the world: Leela Zero from Belgium; Golois from France; Fina Art, TS Go, and Phoenix Go from China; BADUKi and DolBaram from South Korea; and HEROZ Kishin from Japan.

Golaxy won 28 out of 30 online competitions with professional Go players since making its debut earlier this month. Golaxy has made a lot of progress in developing its approach to the game compared with AlphaGo, according to Jin Xing, the chairman of Golaxy.
