Sean Millikan, who starred on the television network TLC's reality drama "My 600-Lb. Life", died on February 17 in Texas.

Radar Online first reported that Milliken's father, Matt Milliken, wrote on Facebook that Sean, a "good man" with a "good heart" died from complications of an infection that left him struggling to breathe.

Sean Milliken struggled with his weight since childhood and said things spiraled out of control after his parents divorced, and he turned to food for comfort.

He weighed at least 400lbs when he became bedridden after suffering a debilitating leg injury during his senior year of high school.

Milliken was featured on one episode of "My 600-Lb Life" in 2016 when his weight reached as high as 900lbs and he was unable to stand for more than 30 seconds.
