Hundreds of Chinese people gathered in Trafalgar Square in London on Sunday to show their support to Hong Kong police and oppose violence in the city.

They repeated slogans like "No violence," and "Support Hong Kong police." They also sang China's national anthem while waving the national flag.

The gathering came as a group of protestors staged a rally in London to back recent demonstrations in Hong Kong.
