Tuōyán, tuīchí
【解释】 To deal with something slowly because you do not really want to do it.
【例句】
- The government was dragging its feet on whether to leave the organization.

Zhèngfǔ zài shìfǒu tuīchū zhège zǔzhī de wèntí shàng yīzhí zài tuōyán shíjiān.
