"灯痴"老人收藏数百盏古灯 A man has collected nearly 1000 ancient lamps

For over 50 years, Wang Fuhe has collected(收集) nearly 1,000 ancient or vintage Chinese lamps(灯) in Haikou, Hainan Province. These lamps have a history(历史) of over 2,000 years, and have become(成为) a favourite for collectors across the world, says Wang.

Most ancient Chinese lamps are oil lamps(煤油灯). The earliest Chinese oil lamps are dated from the Warring States period (481-221 BC).(Photo:Chinanews.com)
