“大白鲸”升空 A captive balloon floating in air

A captive balloon(气球) was expected to play a role(作用) in precaution and detection, environmental surveillance, security and protection monitoring in Liu'an, east China's Anhui Province. The captive balloon is an air platform(平台) carrying(携带) various devices(设备), such as warning radar, video surveillance equipment and imaging equipment.
